A Building of Discovery

THE WEST CHELSEA ARTS BUILDING

Our building is home to world-renowned artists like Hiroshi Sugimoto, contributing to its creative energy and legacy. The building collectively houses over 300 brands each season through agencies like Curio, Del Rainbow, and Parrot Agency.

Gallery-style spaces designed for open-air discovery, intended to feel like one family, one team. Each brand is accessible via QR code placed on every floor to promote buyer discovery.

    510 W 26th Street, Levels 1 + 2

    6,000 sq ft of premium showroom space with direct street-level access beneath the High Line. Formerly a prominent art gallery, featuring a fully serviced coffee bar by Café Aroma.

    Street-level open format

    Overlooking W 26th Street and the Chelsea Factory—a Fashion Week runway hub. Bright yet intimate space with expansive natural light from street-level windows and wall-to-wall skylights.

  • The Loft

    Formerly Hiroshi Sugimoto's Studio

    2,200 sq ft on the 5th floor, accessible via a beautiful copper, man-operated elevator. Raw industrial cement floors with expansive natural light—our contemporary anchor.
